Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Goods must be in original condition with all original parts and packaging.

Return postage is at the buyers expense and we do not accept any liability for lost or unreceived returns so we highly recommend using a tracked delivery service with insurance.

Please carefully package your items and complete the provided returns for to the address stated.

Returns will be processed within 7 working days. Please then allow another 3-5 working days to receive your funds. Depending on how you paid and the provider, this can sometimes take a little longer.

Warranty is against parts and faulty workmanship only for a period of 12 months. Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a receipt only.
