PREMIUM HAIR EXTENSIONS
What hair extension types do you offer?
We currently offer our own trademarked Ghost Weft™ in 20″ 6og bundles and 23″ 90g bundles. Ghost Weft™ is constructed to have a track which is approximately 75% smaller than most other weft types. This product works perfectly with the Naked Weave™ technique for the smallest, most discreet weave ever!
What lengths of hair do you offer?
Where is the hair sourced from?
Our hair is sourced from Western European countries such as Spain and Italy. Slightly thicker in it’s texture than other origins. Our hair is kept silky smooth, whilst being slowly and gently processed with the cuticles correctly alligned for the highest quality and longest lasting hair extensions.
How long does the hair last?
Our hair can last 12-18+ months with the correct full aftercare. Lighter and more ash-toned colours can last 9-12+ months with the correct full aftercare. These shades will have undergone slightly more processing for the finished result.
We cannot guarantee a certain lifespan, this is just a guideline and many people’s hair can exceed this lifespan.
Longevity of hair extensions is highly dependent on how well you take care of your new hair and the correct aftercare being implented. Poor aftercare and excessive heat etc can reduce the lifespan of our and all hair extensions.
How do I open a Trade Account?
Trade Accounts are in high demand and we cannot guarantee if and when your application will be successful. Once your application has been received, it will be assessed when spaces become available. Please complete the form here or contact [email protected] with your certificate and social media links in order to join the waiting list!
Do I need to be Naked Weave™ trained to apply for a Trade Account?
No! We do require all Trade Accounts to be qualified hair extension professionals and request a copy of certification to show this, but you do not have to be trained in the Naked Weave™ technique or by The Hair Extension Group in order to purchase our hair or apply for a Trade Account!
However, for best results with the Ghost Weft™, we recommend using the Naked Weave™ technique, so it’s a really good idea to get trained up if you haven’t already!
Do I need to have a Trade Account to purchase hair?
You don’t need to open a Trade Account in order to purchase hair with us, but there are benefits in signing up! Our Trade Accounts get an EXCLUSIVE discounted rate on all our Premium Hair and are the first to hear about any offers and events happening at The Hair Extension Group!
What is the discount available for Trade Accounts?
What are you opening times for shipping hair?
Our Trade Offices are open Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm. Any hair orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday will be posted out the same working day. Any orders placed after this time will be posted the next working day.
Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday, as well as Public Bank Holidays. Any hair orders placed during these times will not be processed or shipped out until the next working day.
Where can I find my order?
Log into the website and click on “My Shopping Account” in the footer! All your orders will be there under “Orders”!
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, you will be unable to make any amendments to the order. Make sure you are positive in your choices before confirming your order!
When will you be getting new stock?
We regularly update our stock levels for all products and aim to never be out of stock of a colour for too long! For any updates on when new stock may arrive, please get in touch with our Trade Team on [email protected] or by phone on 01270 914610
I can’t find a product I want! What should I do?
If you can’t find a particular product that you love on our website, please get in touch with the team on [email protected] and one of us can assist you!
What is the delivery time for hair orders?
Within the UK, we offer delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery if order is placed Monday-Friday before 2pm.
The Hair Extension Group cannot be held liable for any delays in parcel delivery outside of our control, however, in the rare case of a delay, we will always aim to work with you to locate your parcel and get it to you as soon as possible. A parcel cannot be declared as missing until 10 working days following expected delivery date.
What is the cut-off time for hair orders?
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm will be posted out the same working day on Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Can I track my order?
All orders sent out will be provided with a tracking number with Royal Mail, sent out to the email address provided on the order! Parcels will be sent as Special Delivery so will have detailed tracking throughout the journey!
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Should you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact The Hair Extension Group team as soon as possible on [email protected] or by phone 01270 914610.
There is no guarantee that this delivery address will be able to be changed and will be down to company discretion and how far along the order process it is – however, our team will always do our best to amend any errors wherever we can and make sure you get your hair!
My order hasn’t arrived! What should I do?
All orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday will be sent out the same working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery. These parcels should arrive before 1pm the next working day, however The Hair Extension Group accepts no liability for any parcels that experience delays outside of our control. Always ensure you leave adequate time to receive you hair in time for your client’s appointment.
Should your order not arrive in a timely fashion, please get in touch with The Hair Extension Group Trade Team as soon as possible on [email protected]. We will do our best to work with you to find your parcel and get it to you as soon as possible. It should be noted that parcels are unable to be declared as “missing” until 10 working days after intended delivery date.
One of my products is missing from my order/I’ve received an incorrect product – what should I do?
If you are missing a product from your order or have received an incorrect product, please get in touch with our Trade Team on [email protected] as soon as possible.
Ensure you have kept your packing list and all products received as the team may request photographs of the package. We will always do our best to rectify any issues with deliveries as soon as possible.
How do I return hair?
Should you wish to return a product to use, please get in touch on [email protected] as soon as possible to receive more information on the returns process and a return form. All unwanted products must be returned within 28 days of purchase, along with order number and returns form.
All returns must be sent by recorded delivery with proof of postage, for your security. The Hair Extension Group is not responsible for any returned items that do not arrive to the company address or items lost or damaged in transit. We do not currently offer free returns and you will need to pay for any return postage costs.
Items returned within 14 days of receipt, will be eligible for a refund. Items returned after this time, and before 28 days, will be offered a credit note.
Once your return has been accepted by The Hair Extension Group and processed, a credit note or refund will be issued – please allow 7 working days following delivery for this to complete.
I’ve received a faulty product – what should I do?
I’m so sorry for your disappointment! If you have received a product you deem to be faulty, it is necessary to contact The Hair Extension Group as soon as possible on [email protected]. Our Trade Team will then be able to advise you further on the process to return this.
DO NOT throw away any faulty products – the team will need to see the products in order to assess the issue and investigate!

I want to do the Naked Weave™ course online! How do I book?
Fantastic to hear that you’re interested in training in the most discreet and versatile weave technique available! Our Online Course is CPD Accredited and available from £195 plus VAT with options to include a full hair kit, basic kit and training head. The course can be completed within 7 hours and upon purchase, you will have instant unlimited access and four months in which to submit images for assessment, giving ample time to practice and submit your work!
I want to take a Naked Weave™ location course! Where can I do this?
Brilliant to hear you’re interested in joining us on one of our location courses! It’s always such a lovely day with lunch and a luxury kit included in the cost of the day (£475 plus VAT). Our educators are all over the UK and run their own courses – to find an educator near you, please use our salon finder! What does the Naked Weave™ course cover?
The Naked Weave™ course is 20 modules long and covers step-by-step instructions on the method, consultations, colour matching, aftercare, problem solving, basic cutting and blending, maintenance & removal. There is also information on business building, including guidance on price setting, hair supplier recommendations and insurance. All this and so much more is included within the course, as well as full support and guidance from our team during and after the course. Following your qualification, you will gain access to the Naked Weave™ Technicians group, ideal for any questions, advice and bouncing ideas off other qualified professionals!
What support is offered during and after the course?
Full support is offered both during and following course completion, with the Naked Weave Team being available during office hours via email at [email protected], social media or via phone. We are able to answer any questions, queries and offer any advice you may require. However, if you do have a burning question outside of these hours, still feel free to drop us a message and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Upon completion of the course, you will also gain access to our exclusive Naked Weave Technicians group, which gives the opportunity to gain advice, network and bounce ideas off hundreds of other qualified technicians. Not to mention our 20% discount off further courses for all Naked Weave Accredited Technicians. This discount is not applicable to our premium hair extensions, and in order to get discount on these you must apply for a trade account.
Do the courses cover cutting and blending?
Both our location and online courses do cover simple cutting and blending techniques following the application. However, we also offer our Cutting & Blending Masterclass to deepen your knowledge and our Celebrity Styling Series which includes a section specifically on cutting and blending with fantastic tutorials from celebrity stylist Jason Meacher and Creator of the Naked Weave, Ola Goldsmith. This training compliments the course perfectly, to deepen your understanding and hone your cutting and blending skills to achieve the optimum finished look!
Will I need a full training kit to complete the Naked Weave™ online course?
If you are already experienced in hair extensions, you may find you already have a lot of the items in the course kit! Unless you fancy making a start with brand new equipment, you may wish to opt for the “Course Only” option of online training and top up on any missing items.

What if I book a course date then can no longer make it or need to cancel?
If you wish to change or amend your course, please request this via email on [email protected] at least 14 days before the course is due to take place. There is no guarantee that alterations will be possible, so we suggest that you are confident with your booking and are able to attend on the day, venue and time stated. If a course is sold out, we cannot accept any requests for alterations.
Any changes outside of this 14 day window, will be subject to further charges at our discretion. All courses are strictly non-refundable.
Failure to attend the course on the day, will not be refunded or credited. If you are unable to make the course date, please notify via email at least 14 days before the course is due to take place. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and resolution will be at the company’s discretion.
Any cancellations outside of the 14 day window, will be fully chargeable.

My course was rescheduled, and I cannot make the new date/venue! What next?
In exceptional circumstances, location courses may be cancelled or rescheduled. If this is the case, we will notify all attendees booked onto the course at the earliest convenience possible. If the venue is altered, we will strive to ensure the new location is in close vicinity to the previous, wherever possible.
If you are unable to make the new date or location, please notify us within 48 hours of the update and a credit note will be offered for use on any courses or products available on the website, valid for 12 months from issue date.
Any courses still taking place in alternative venues or on alternative dates will not be refunded, under any circumstance. In the rare case a course is cancelled completely, all students will be eligible to receive a full refund in due course, should they not wish to exchange to another location.

Will I need experience in hair extensions to complete the course?
Absolutely not! Our luxury Naked Weave™ location courses teach you everything you need to start right away without any previous hair experience, including a full starter training kit!
All of our Online Courses are suitable for complete beginners also, with plenty of detail and visuals to pick up the techniques, also with full support from our team at The Hair Extension Group. Whether you opt for online or location is down to the environment you feel you best learn and pick up techniques and teaching!
I’ve just qualified! Can I please have some images to use to promote the service while I build up my portfolio?

Can I pay for my course in instalments?
Good news! We offer Klarna and Paypal Credit payment options, allowing for the option of paying in monthly instalments or following delivery of items. Please check out the links for further information on the services.
I’m fully qualified and love the technique so much, I want to become an educator! How do I go about this?
We’re so glad you’re as excited as us about spreading the word about Naked Weave! We now work in partnership with Sargent Training to provide a teaching qualification also, so becoming a Naked Weave™ educator couldn’t be simpler!
